The nicest red cherry shrimp we have seen in a hot min
Black blue and yellow also in stock
Galaxy rasbora or celestial pearl danios back in stock
Some new guppies that are beauties
Lots of bristlenose plecos

Plants are arriving tomorrow instead of today but will be in the tanks by mid day tomorrow :)

Working on another biota order for early next week as we sold out of all our captive yellow tangs sooooo very quick :)
Working on more discus in 10 or so days
Still some crazy nice clownfish in stock

Helpful hint Saturday
And you can play along
If you have been keeping fish for over 5 years
Saltwater or freshwater
Drop a helpful hint to everyone out there just starting out
I'll start with 1 for fresh and 1 for salt
Freshwater
Remember when your cleaning your filter you DONT want to touch your media that is holding bacteria. If it's grimy your ok to fill a cup of tank water, put it in there and give it a shake. Cleaning that part of your filter basically resets your tank cycle 🙂
Super common mistake with first time tank owners.
Saltwater

Ok lovely folks
Hiring Time
Going to be a little bit picky this time around despite it being a fairly simply job at the end of the day :)
First thing first
You HAVE to love fish and dealing with people
Looking for someone in the 30ish hours per week area
Some Musts are
Ability to work on your own and identify tasks
Must be Reliable
Some half decent aquarium knowledge is a major bonus
Most of the job is pretty basic and can be trained but we do get a lot of questions so some knowledge is very important

Pay will be $17-$19 per hour depending on experience
Weird extra but if you have been on EI in the past couple years you will jump the line a little bit, there is a program the government offers that you may be eligible for.
