The Fabric Stash I started Fabric Stash as a way to share my amazing fabric collection! I LOVE fabric - the textures, the colours, the patterns..

Everything about fabric makes me happy! While I love all types of fabric, my favourite fibre is cotton - Hence why the majority of my offerings are Quilting Cottons. Fabric Stash started as a way to offload some of my excess fabric in an effort to keep my collection fresh and now, I just love connecting with my customers and bringing to you all sorts of fun stuff to help you create your fabric project!

Fabric Stash is opening its doors!

Join us on Saturday, September 26 for the public Soft Opening of our new fabric shop and creative sewing studio in Collingwood.

Come in, explore the space and discover our growing selection of fabric, fat quarters, minky, vinyl, notions, bag-making supplies and project bundles. You can also tour the sewing studio, learn about upcoming classes and workshops, and find out how Open Studio works.

Opening-day offers include:

• Five-hour Open Studio passes for $55
• A complimentary one-hour orientation with eligible machine orders
• Special fabric and project bundles
• An opening-day prize draw

We’re literal days away from opening - SAY WHAT?!!!
It’s true! We spent the weekend getting some more details taken care of, more fabric arrived, scrap bins have been sorted AND our bag hardware spinner is 2/3 done!! Thank you to our members Wendy and Susan for their donation of time and assistance!!

A huge thank you goes out to my hubs and daughter who spent most of their weekend with me getting the place looking mint! Still a few small things to do but I’m thinking you ‘might’ wanna keep this Saturday open 😝

Calling all young makers!

Our Kids Sewing & Machine Embroidery Classes are a fun, hands-on way for kids and teens to learn real creative skills, build confidence, and make projects they’ll actually be proud to take home.

No experience? No problem. We start with the basics and guide students step-by-step as they learn how to safely use the machines, understand the tools, and turn fabric into something completely their own.

Classes are kept small so everyone gets plenty of hands-on help — and studio machines are available, so you don’t need to own a sewing or embroidery machine to get started.

Registration is now open, and spaces are limited. Register today at www.fabricstash.ca/classes
