Preparations are in full swing for our annual Christmas fair, and tables are selling fast. Spread the word and join us for a fun-filled day of shopping, with the most amazing vendors and Christmas decor.

Our 8th annual Christmas at Queen E has been scheduled for Sunday, November 24th from 10am-4pm.The school doors will open at 8 am for vendors to set-up their tables.

Registration for returning vendors will start on Monday, September 23rd from 8am-3pm and will continue daily. Registration for any other interested vendors begins on Wednesday, September 25th.

Due to the differences in space available at each table, the cost of a table varies on the location and if you require electricity.

Tables in the middle without electricity - $50
Tables along the wall and the stage without electricity - $60
Tables along the wall and the stage with electricity - $70

This year, we will only be accepting applications in person at the school office. Vendors can come by the school between 8am and 3pm to complete a registration form, sign a waiver, select a table number and pay the appropriate fee for their chosen table(s). This will then be their table number the day of the fair. Due to this change in table selections, it is possible for a vendor selling similar items to purchase a table near you.

Vendors will receive an information package two weeks prior to the event through email.

PLEASE NOTE: We have room for approximately 100 tables, so we are accepting vendors on a first come, first serve basis. In order to secure your space, payment must be received at the main office.

Please remember, two teachers volunteer to organize this fair. They will try very hard to reply to emails after school hours, but try to be patient.
