Artisan Profile // Corissa O'Donnell Arts I have been drawing and collaging timeless beauties and birds, remembering a time when the n**e body was admired for all it's flaws, modest, and natural.
My artwork embodies a playfulness and practicality of the n**e. The beauty was in the rawness and realness of the subject, untouched by photo shop and innocent to modern day's idea of desire.

I also create artworks of those that fly, the birds in the sky perched on branches showing their unique colours, personality and individual beauty as they are resting from the sky.

I suppose my love for the natural world was sparked at a young age, growing up next to, and literally in the ocean in Nanoose Bay. That deep love and appreciation for nature has carried through to now, and naturally it is what comes out on canvas. Inspired by the mountains of Strathcona, the wild Pacific Ocean, forest wandering & beach combing with my family, these “west coast style” paintings will likely pull at the heart strings of fellow nature lovers & outdoor enthusiasts of this beautiful place we call home.
