Good morning. Just took my morning elixir.
A turmeric, ginger, black Pepper blend I have coined as Finc Pasi Flor, immune booster.

It has been part of my regular regime for many years. Recently I changed the ratios somewhat and it has become an elixir.

I take it strong right now, 2 tsp in a small amount of hot water, with some coconut oil which is supposed to act as an adjuvant. Since it works for me without the coconut, I am not consistent with the oil.

Prior to this strong of a concoction, it was only 1 tsp. Upping it to 2 tsp. has made A definite difference. And, I may try to increase the use to twice a day due to a present injury.

What do I notice you may ask? A thumb joint that, is very sore, will become less swollen to the point of no swelling or pain.
It does reoccur, but since it is a new dislocation I can only assume it will go away.

My main reason for taking this immune blend did begin with my chronic ankle injury of 55 years.

Now realizing it's efficacy as an anti inflammatory, I am hoping it's use as a immune inhancer will be of benefit.

Again , what works for one may not work for another.
