Beading has become more than just something I do — it’s something that’s helped me stay grounded through a lot.

There’s something about working bead by bead that creates space to think, process, and reconnect.

In a time where I’ve been doing a lot of self-reflection, this practice has been a quiet but steady support.

Sometimes growth doesn’t look loud — sometimes it looks like showing up, sitting down, and continuing anyway.
