We’ve had a lot of questions regarding if they whole team is moving to Alberta. Only my little family and I (for those who know me, 🙋‍♀️) will be moving back to Alberta.

· No backing out once you have claimed an item. -- If you back out once you’ve claimed an item, you will forfeit all other item(s) that you have claimed and will not be able to participate for the rest of the sale and the next clearout sales. We will be taking screenshots as items get claimed.
· Please note that some of these plants were imported on April 8 2021 but have been acclimated to be at regular household humidity, but we recommend 70-80% humidity for the first week as they may be in shock due to being in transit (if shipping is required).
· Do not claim if you are unsure of the item(s).
· Payments must be made VIA EMT within 6 hours after clearout sale ends.
· When you make your EMT payment, please include in the note section, your Facebook username plus item numbers you are paying for. For example, “John Smith 001, 028, 66”
· Shipping is available at buyer’s risk and expense. Shipping will be with FedEx 2Day or FedEx Overnight. Please expect to pay anywhere from $40-$100, depending on how many items and which box size is needed. Heat pack and insulation must be purchased with shipping, no exceptions (we will provide price for shipping that will also include heat pack and insulation cost). Please note as we are only a small business, we do not get the best preferred rates as other companies have. Please do not ask us why our shipping is expensive, as this is out of our control.
