As we all know life has been a bit crazy for us all & with that craziness I have decided to make some changes to my services to ensure that I can provide optimal service & put my full heart into making thoughtful gift baskets for all my customers🤍
My primary focus will be shifting to self care gifts. I am a firm believer that we all can benefit from self care & am very passionate about that. A fun fact about me is I have a degree in psychology & have a huge interest in mental health. Creating self care gifts for you all means helping people feel better & that brings me so much happiness.
With that being said, I will continue to offer custom baskets with a minimum purchase of 2 or more custom baskets at a time. Simply put, I often times have to buy products in multiples & I just don’t have the space to store extra items!
I have also made the decision to set a turnaround time for all orders. Due to the nature of all baskets being custom to specific individuals, they take time. I will now be implementing a 2 week turnaround time. This is a decision that I have not made lightly but I do work full time & have a family of my own & it can be difficult for me to source products & put the baskets together in short timeframes as they can be very time consuming.
I love making you all smile & knowing that I am helping you to bring smiles to your loved one’s faces so I want to make sure I am able to keep doing that for you all while balancing my personal life as well. I hope you all understand & I can’t wait to continue making gift baskets for you all🤍
