This was such a meaningful project for us.

When Lexi chose her wedding dress, she was only one month postpartum. As she lost weight afterward, her gown ended up needing to be taken in approximately three sizes. With extensive alterations from top to bottom and around 7–8 fittings, Autumn carefully reshaped the gown to create the perfect fit for her wedding day.

But there was another very special dress, Lexi’s mother’s wedding gown from 25 years ago. Autumn had the honor of completely reworking the gown and giving it a new life as Lexi’s second wedding dress.

Every fitting with Lexi and her mom was such a pleasure, and seeing the final results made all the detailed work completely worth it.

Lexi shared:

“I had the most amazing seamstress who made my dreams come true… I pretty much had to redo my entire dress top to bottom to get it to fit. I can’t thank her enough. Autumn Skye Bridal Prom & Tuxedo really pulled through for me to make me feel beautiful on my wedding day.” 🤍
