Good morning ☀️ this is my last week of work with NCC Food Security and diabetes awareness, so I will be having a fish n brewis supper for the town on Thursday at 5pm. Spread the word especially for those who dont have Facebook 🙂 please pm me or call if you are able to attend, so we will have an idea how much to cook.

Good morning St Lewis ☀️ NCC has 5 locally grown chickens to offer seniors 65 and over, so the first 5 seniors that respond to this message will recieve a chicken, there may be more available later.

We have yellow beans, a couple of lettuce, kale, peppers, basil, parsley and a bit of dill today, I am back and forth so pm me if you want anything of this 🥗

Good day from the greenhouse this morning there is celery, some is a bit small but has to come down today it's great cut up and frozen to use for soups and stews, also kale, a couple lettuce, couple tomatoes, basil, parsley few beans and peppers
