Something different than my usual embroidery tonight.

Tried a new thing tonight. Stitched two fabrics together and hid the seam with ribbon. The text is wonky but we’ll call it rustic. Also. My blank wood disks fit decently on the back of my smaller hoops.

Need a frame to stretch an embroidery over? Have an old canvas you don’t need? Problem solved. Even a cheap canvas usually has a decent wood frame underneath.
