Our consultation calendar is fully booked until September. Going forward, all engagement ring and wedding band consultations will be by appointment only.

You’re welcome to email your design request during our August closure, including inspiration photos, centre-stone shape, budget range and timeline. Requests will be reviewed in the order received once we return.

After reviewing your request, we’ll confirm whether the project fits what we offer and, if so, arrange your consultation.

Summer Holiday Notice

We will be closed for the entire month of August for summer holidays.

If you missed our pre-summer order cut-off, we still have ready-stock engagement rings that can be sized before we close.

For custom engagement rings and custom-styled wedding bands, orders placed between now and mid-July will be ready in the second week of September.

Our summer closure begins August 1st.

To help ensure orders can be completed before we close, please note the following cut-off dates:

Custom orders requiring a new custom design: June 10th
Orders from our own existing designs: June 13th
For faster delivery, choose from our in-stock designs: July 29th

Orders placed after these dates may not be completed until after our summer closure.
