I am a big believer in failure.
In business, we are taught to fear mistakes. But I’ve always seen failure as a mechanical necessity for success. It isn’t the end of the road; it is just a part of the path.
The secret isn’t avoiding the fall; it’s how much it costs you. My philosophy has always been to fail fast and fail cheap. If you can change your relationship with failure, you stop being afraid and start focusing on the destination. Because having a failure doesn't make you a failure.
