You know those pinless uke bridges? I've found my go-to knot for them. The Ashley stopper knot (instructions on frame 2).

Step 1: Thread string through appropriate bridge hole

Step 2: Fish string out the soundhole

Step 3: Tie knot

I like this knot because it's simple and chunky.

Lemme know if you try it.
