Take a moment, breathe, and read through the above principles. They were created by Mikao Usui, the founder of reiki, to use as a moral and spiritual guide for reiki practitioners, but can really be used by anyone looking for growth and healing. Living life one day at a time and focusing on the present has allowed me to calm my anxiety and focus on positive thoughts.

I’m learning to use these principles to live a more balanced life, along with growing spiritually.
