Hello my fellow dotters. ……………….
Thought I’d let you know why I’ve been absent lately. I’ve been on a health journey as I have had heartburn where I would mix baking soda with water and drink daily and arthritis in my thumbs was so bad I could barely hold my dotting tools!
I’ve started on a couple product 5 weeks ago and have not had heartburn since, lost 11 lbs and 10.45 inches. The arthritis pain is minimal and I’ve gained so much energy and mental clarity. Most of us don’t know you have brain fog until clarity is there and WOW it’s like looking at the world with new glasses. So this weekended I shall dust off my tools and get some decorations made.
