I had the cutest story of a Grandpa that loved a certain jacket so much that he refused to get rid of it. I wasn't able to use the outside of the coat but when I flipped the material, it was surprisingly in good shape. It reminded me of one of my dad's jackets that he used to wear and it gave me such a good feeling to help my friend create some Tender Teddys for her family and friends. Thank you Elaine, for including me in your journey. 💙

I recently had a family friend pass and was asked to make a couple of Tender Teddyz in memory of this kind hearted loving father and husband and friend.

This was special to me because Alex was also a life long friend of my dad’s who passed a year ago.

I am honoured to be asked to be a part of his family’s journey.

Rest in peace Wattsi! I hope you and dad are up in heaven causing some mischief, trading stories and sharing some laughs! 💞

My daughters friend contacted me to make some Tender Teddyz in memory of her Dad who passed this last year. He was a big guy, very loving and made everyone feel special. He had a great sense of humor and a boyish grin.

He will be forever missed by his children and grandchildren 💙

I feel honored to have known a beautiful, loving, kind lady. Rita valued family and always put her best self forward. She volunteered and helped out with other Seniors. She was much loved and is deeply missed by all who knew her.

I had the privilege of creating some Tender Teddyz in her memory.

Life is Good!
A reoccurring message on Roxanne's clothes.

I had an opportunity to do a huge project over the winter. I met Duane who had lost his wife in November and was looking for some Tender Teddyz memory bears to remember her by.

I got to know Roxanne and what a dynamic, joyful, adventurous special soul she had.

It was my honour to work with Duane. Roxanne touched many lives and will never be forgotten.

I had the privilege of making Tender Teddyz for a family whose Dad/grandpa had passed.

He loved golf and had some very colorful shirts to work with. There was such a joyful, positive feeling about his articles of clothing.

It was an honor to be asked to do this project and get to know about the love shared.🙏💜

A Gift for a dear friend.

We lost a beautiful women and friend this summer. This lady knew how to get things done! Her family was Always top priority for her and she would absolutely do anything she could to help someone out. She loved animals and was very faithful.

The bears were made for her Children and Grand Children

A friend of mine asked me if I would make her family some bears for her Grandma and Grandpa. I wanted to make sure and represent their personalities in my Tender Teddyz designs.

She wanted something from both of them on each bear. I decided to make the arms from Grandpa, which represents him always hugging Grandma and also the head of the teddy which represents him being the head of the family.

I needed to create 20 Tender Teddyz and each one was different.

💜Grandpa Rudy loved John Deere Trackers and so each bear has a patch of John Deere on it and Grandma Velma loved butterflies so each bear has a butterfly on it.

The project was big and I felt like I got to know them as loving, vibrant people!

I was fortunate enough to be asked to make a unique Tender Teddyz memory bear for a friend of mine who lost her Mamma.

She had a special request of putting a hand written note from her mom on the bear where she could look at it whenever she wanted.

I put it on the belly and covered it with a pajama jacket that she could open to read the message.

Her mom also had randomly sewn on buttons to her pjs and I wanted to keep those on the bear so I put them on the bear's paw.

It was such a heartwarming project and what a gift her Mom left her by writing that note of thanks and love 💜

She must have been an amazing woman Cindy Usenik!
