Monday officially marked 1 month since the opening of our store.
We cannot express how grateful we are for all of your support. Both local and surrounding areas. Our expectations for the potential of our store has been just blown out of the building.
We pride ourselves in our customer service and genuine care for the games/cards we buy, trade and sell. Im sure a bunch of you who have been to our store have seen us clean and test a ton of video games as well as sleeving a bunch of cards to protect them. We do all these things particularly with those in mind who have to travel from far away to visit us. Thank you for taking the time to pay us a visit, we appreciate it 🙏💙
All this being said, we promise we will continue to improve in any way we can and thanks to you guys we've had the ability to hire and start training employees to make every process go by way faster and also so both my wife and I can focus on making sure our store is stocked up, learn to potentially do console repairs in the near future, bring new items to the store, potentially plan some events in the future and most importantly, to make the store itself a great experience.
