🍓 Strawberry cake, made simple
Nothing complicated, just good ingredients and the right bake. With The Rock Wave, heat is evenly distributed so your cake comes out perfectly soft in the centre with a golden finish every time✨

Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter (melted)
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp baking powder
Fresh strawberries (sliced)

Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
Mix all ingredients except strawberries until smooth
Pour the batter into your pan
Top generously with sliced strawberries
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes
Let cool… and enjoy 🍓

Trop compliqué. Tout colle. Pourquoi se casser la tête quand l'antiadhésif existe ?
Sauf que le jour où j'ai compris une chose, tout a changé : c'est pas la poêle le problème. C'est la température.
Le secret: chauffer avant de cuisiner.
Tu laisses ta poêle monter en chaleur. Tu fais le test de la goutte d'eau. Quand elle roule en bille, t'es prêt. Huile. Protéine. Rien colle.
Et la saisie que tu obtiens sur de l'inox ? L'antiadhésif peut pas rivaliser.

Idée pour ton brunch de la fête des Mères 💐
Muffins aux œufs aux épinards, feta et tomates séchées
Ingrédients :
6 gros œufs
1 tasse d’épinards frais, hachés
1/2 tasse de fromage feta émietté
1/2 tasse de tomates séchées, hachées (de préférence conservées dans l’huile)
1/4 tasse de lait entier (ou boisson végétale)
1/2 c. à thé de sel (ajuster au goût)
1/4 c. à thé de poivre noir (ajuster au goût)
1 c. à thé de poudre à pâte
Préparation :
Préchauffe le four à 190 °C (375 °F) et graisse ou tapisse un moule à muffins.
Dans un grand bol, fouette les œufs, le lait, le sel, le poivre et la poudre à pâte.
Incorpore les épinards hachés, la feta émiettée et les tomates séchées.
Répartis le mélange également dans 12 cavités à muffins.
Fais cuire 20 à 25 minutes, jusqu’à ce que les muffins soient pris et légèrement dorés.
Laisse tiédir avant de servir ou de conserver.

🍫 Brownies tahini & sirop d’érable
Ultra riches. Ultra fondants.
Et personne ne devine qu’ils sont sans farine et végans.
Le tahini donne une texture dense et crémeuse,
le sirop d’érable apporte la douceur…
et les pépites de chocolat font le reste. 🤎
✨ Astuce : laisse-les refroidir complètement (ou mets-les au frigo).
La texture devient encore plus fudgy.
Ingrédients
2 œufs de lin (2 tbsp graines de lin moulues + 6 tbsp eau tiède)
250 ml tahini
80 g sucre de coco
4 tbsp sirop d’érable
5 tbsp poudre de cacao
2 tsp bicarbonate de soude
¼ tsp sel de l’Himalaya
100 g de chocolat noir
Cuisson
180 °C pendant 18–25 min
