I use a face mask in public 😷; not for me, but for you. It’s because I want you to know that I am responsible enough to know that I could be asymptomatic and still pass the virus onto you 😓... No, this doesn’t mean I live in fear. I just want to be part of the solution, not the problem 🤓.
In this way, I am contributing to society and I wish to share this with you because I too would not like to be the victim of this virus at the hands of others. If we would all like to live a life that takes other’s into consideration, this world 🌎 would be a better place.

Using a mask does not make me weak, frightened, or even submissive and controlled. It makes me respectful, informed, committed, and responsible. When you start falling into “how it makes you look, how it’s not as comfortable, or how others think of you”, think instead of someone dear or close to you 😞. A father or mother, sibling, grandparents, aunts or uncles, or friends gasping for breath and asphyxiating on a ventilator. Then ask yourself: could I have done anything more for them?

It is simply about respect. Respect for others and respect for life 🥰.
