I've been trying to create a character for my next series who has two different names using the same letters: Master Shiyoshi, and Mistress Hiyoha.

The character in itself is indecisive, unsure of who or what they are meant to be. And that's also my issue with it.

I asked a poll using the Kanji of each syllable of the name 'Hiyoha', and the result that made the most sense was 'Scarlet Sun Wave'... but I don't know what kind of character this would go well with.
What do you think?

I'm currently unsure of my series' ending. I want to transition from one setting to the next while keeping some of the original characters. The final book of the series is meant to reveal the true Mastermind behind the events that shaped the story and have a final battle with him.

What do you think would be the best way to transition from one world to the next?

1- Bad ending (Medierth dies out, forced restart from nothing)
2- Neutral ending (Pyrrhic Victory, forced change from dying world)
3- Good ending (Victory but not decisive, Sherad made from Medierth)
4- Golden ending (Decisive victory, Sherad created in split timeline)

Lately, I've been having this nagging feeling while writing at work to pass the time. I don't know how to explain it. It's like a mix of being tired, bored, ashamed of what my characters are going through, and both wishing to get it over with and not wanting my characters to suffer anymore... while knowing that they will most likely due to it being the last arcs of the story.
Is there an expression or something that would fit? I mean... I haven't written a chapter in over a month, yet I can't sit down to write without feeling like I have other things to do as well.
