Maybe it’s the scent when you walk by them in the garden. Maybe it’s the way they come back year after year. Or maybe it’s who they remind you of.

My grandma loved roses, and I think that’s part of why I’ve always loved them too. There’s something really special about planting something that brings back a memory of someone you love.
