"When RJ first joined Choose Life Ministry, she believed her role would begin and end in the kitchen. What she didn’t know was that God was preparing something much greater - a journey of personal healing, spiritual growth and renewed purpose. On August 5, 2024, RJ arrived for what she expected would be routine kitchen training with Shelley Boyes. She anticipated learning about ministry procedures and the everyday do’s and don’ts of working in the kitchen. Instead, she was handed a Freedom Session workbook. At the time, she had no idea how deeply it would change her life."
