Yum! One of my fave sandwiches from Shaw St. Social, a few doors down from us on Main Street. Chrissy was the proprietor of AnnaLynn's tea house and has now opened another great place for people to eat in Nanton. It's open longer hours, is air-conditioned, and you'll want to check out the beautiful floor and ceiling beams - original to when it was the John Deere dealership in town. Fantastic space and food!

It's a beautiful sunny Sunday and we're open 9:30-4:30 today. Picked up coffee, muffin, and dinner (thanks Brisket Case) from Georgie's Cafe. Lunch will be from Shaw St. Social. And just did a quick video promo with Kevin Todd to promote the Aug 28/29 Nanton Pro Rodeo! Great start to the day and feeling grateful for how lucky we are to live in a town like Nanton. Oh, and on the book front we just got more copies of retired vet Brian Taylor's "What Could Possibly Go Wrong" back in stock!

Thanks to the Wildflower film crew that this morning took the time to replace the U.S. flag that was up for the past two days for the shoot with a Canadian one! They’re packing some things up today but we’re open 9:30-4:30. Nanton Chamber of Commerce Explore Foothills

We're open 10-5:30 today. Come on down to Main Street to check out the series being shot here today and do a bit of shopping. And no, we're not the U.S. (see film - American flags)...feel free to pop in and get your proud Canadian stickers! :)

We're open today 10-5:30 today - AND Friday 10-5:30. Just a reminder there is filming going on tomorrow on Main Street so you won't be able to park on the street but please do come down and visit all the stores that will be open. Another reminder - our First Friday event of September is approaching so get your RSVP in and kick off the fall with the fabulous writer and poet, Richard Harrison.

It’s new release Tuesday and look at this stack - including The Game of Birds, a game based on The Book of Birds by Jackie Morris and Robert Macfarlane. We’re open until 5:30 today and through Friday (yes we’ll still be open this Friday even though Main Street will be closed for filming). Happy Tuesday!
