Couldn’t forget to share these photos of Ali & Keely’s beautiful day in Lake Ainslie mid-July! Sweet, fun and natural flowers for friends who you could describe as the same.

2 more weddings delivered today and now to prepare for my sister’s wedding next weekend! It’s one that’s been a long time coming… a date with meaning and we’ve got a busy week in store- excited for the magic and fun that is about to come.

Time stood still for Sarah and Alex’s Wedding day in Ingonish. Blue skies and a gentle breeze overlooking a deep blue ocean. Could there have been a more perfect July day? I loved working with this couple who put so much thought into every detail; tea pots and silver platters, sugar bowls and crystal vases collected from family and friends to be filled with blooms, antique table cloths and a fun band and total presence with their family and friends.

Ahhh what a good life.

Somewhere in the midst of the whirlwind that is Spring on the farm ( 😅 ) -Wedding Season arrived!

And pulling together these rich, dramatic flowers for a Cape Breton elopement was just the ticket to remembering what all the hard hours labour in all sorts of weather can amount to. Feeling so inspired for what’s to come!

If flowers could talk, if we imagined them with personalities wouldn’t these be such a treat to meet?
