Feeling a little nostalgic today so I thought Iā€™d share some special things that makes my best friends cupcakes, unique. If you ever wondered where my love from markets came from, itā€™s this man right here. Heā€™s my grandpa or as some knew him as Speedy. He used to make the coolest wood working crafts/ birdhouses. He would religiously attend the farmers market at ODAS park weekly every Saturday and set up his woodworking or the odd time youā€™d find him downtown at one of the sidewalk sales. He was a proud member of the ODAS park farmers market. One of the wonderful things he left me before he passed away 4 years ago at the ripe age of 92.. was his market tent and table. So everytime I set them up at each market, itā€™s like I still have a piece of my grandpa with me. šŸ’œ ( shoutout to my hooligans for always being the best market helpers)
