Its that time of year again, Sleds are booked in and starting to come through the shop.

Yes we do insurance work as this Gen 5 skidoo came in for some damage to the plastics to sson finding out that the turbo pulled some plastic into the impeller and Engine. We replaced the Engine, turbo 10.25in screen and some of the hood plastics. Looks and sounds as good as new

Few bikes in for a service and inspection

Can am Outlander in for sway bar bushings and front prop shaft boots

Finished up Friday!

Winterizing/ servicing seadoos has been keeping us busy the last few days along with all the other projects on the go

2021 Honda Crf250R came if for a full Engine rebuild
Due to the oil pump gear stripping out

2025 Can am Outlander 1000 clutches came into the shop for a Dalton clutch kit install

2008 can am 800 drive shaft twisted up,
Installed a rugged shaft to help with this

2016 can am maverick oil change service and running issue

What a busy week it will be again!
These units got some basic maintenance along with a few repairs

2009 Can am outlander received a full service with all fluids changed, rear diff resealed and a new prop shaft

2010 Polaris sportsman recieved a full service with with all fluids changed, rad cleaned as it had some over heating issues, new cv tech clutch, new clutch over gasket and belt, replaced some of the wiring harness to get the power steering working and to repair the tail lights

Got a I backshift clutch kit and rollers
These 600s really wake up with a good kit

The Polaris sks got a engine job, crank seal took this one out
