Leadership was never meant to cost us our aliveness.
For too long, women have been praised for how much we can carry, how well we can perform under pressure, and how gracefully we can keep going while exhausted.
But I believe the next chapter of leadership asks something different of us.
It asks us to lead from regulation, not reactivity.
From grounded authority, not over-functioning.
From clarity, not constant urgency.
From a body that feels safe enough to access creativity, discernment, pleasure, and power.
Our nervous system is not separate from our leadership.
It shapes how we make decisions, hold boundaries, communicate, create, and influence.
Softness is not the opposite of strength.
Depth is not the opposite of ambition.
This is the kind of leadership I want to help women embody.
A calmer. Braver. Brighter way forward. ✨
