Please take this survey! We apologize for parking/payment issues on a regular basis, change is needed! We would love to see free parking with a 2hr limit, like Lindsay has done in their downtown. Ticketed only for staying over the time limit. The majority of customers are making a quick stop in, it just makes sense. Also, reducing the ticket price, $35 is insane!! At the beginning of June removed trashcans from at least 2 main blocks of George St. and some downtown side streets. City services had no answers, nor did the . In September we were told by the DBIA that "somebody" with the city said they were being replaced...soon. After 6 months of waiting and cleaning up litter, we have purchased a can for public use. Not only to assist with a clean downtown, but to hopefully push the City of Peterborough and the DBIA to address and rectify this downtown issue.
