Our first market was a success!! And by that, I mostly mean I had a lot of fun, met some great people (community members and other local vendors alike) and for the "first market jitters" out of the way. I will be back at Prospect Communities Farmers Market next week with more bouquets and will be at Fairview Farmers Market tomorrow slinging flowers! Thanks to everyone who came out to support us today and hope to see you at a market looking for flowers soon 💛✨🌼

I want my patch to be 10 times as big so I can have 10 times the buckets of flowers! Maybe next year 🤞🏻

one thing about me is you'll find me playing with flowers and talking to plants 🌼🌿✨

I've been thinking a lot lately about my "why" - why do I want to grow flowers and offer them to my local community. And this ^^^ is a big part of that why. I genuinely love flowers and plants and the natural world around us and being an active part of that has always been so important to me. But theres so much more too, and seeing as I want to take you along with me on this journey of growing flowers, I thought I should share all of my "whys."

🌸 because flowers bring joy (in good times and in bad)
🌸 because I get to spend time outside and in touch with the shifts of the seasons
🌸 because I'll get to raise my daughter with me in the garden, with an appreciation for living things, hard work and what it takes to grow flowers (and food!!)
🌸 because I get to connect people in my community with locally-grown flowers
🌸 because I get to express my creativity
🌸 because the work changes with the seasons and I get to switch things up as it does and as I see fit
🌸 because I'll get to connect with wonderful people in real life and on this platform
🌸 because I just love flowers!!

I'm so excited for everything this season of life will bring and to see how we grow in this little garden by the sea. Thanks for coming along for the journey 🫶🏻

hi! welcome to Sea Breeze Meadows flower farm 💖 this is our first year growing a cut flower garden on our 1/2 acre property just outside of Halifax, NS. I'm so excited to share this journey with you and our family and friends, and can't believe this dream is finally coming true!

we have lots to learn and figure out, but that's all part of the experience. thanks for being here and learning with us, can't wait to share all that we grow with you!
