Rosie & Birdie are back!

These lovely sisters are keeping their coats short to match their active lifestyle! They’re always on the go, and a shorter coat helps prevent anything from getting caught or tangled in their fur while they’re out enjoying life.

Two sweet girls, two fresh haircuts, and looking absolutely adorable!

Our first few grooms in our new in-home grooming suite are officially in the books!

We still have a few finishing touches and projects to complete in the space, but we are fully operational and couldn’t be happier to be settling into our new home.

A huge thank you to all of our amazing clients for your patience, understanding, and support as we navigate this transition. Moving our grooming services into our home is a big new chapter for us, and we are so grateful to have such wonderful clients along for the journey.

We’re excited to continue creating a calm, comfortable, one-on-one grooming experience for your pups—and we can’t wait to keep making this space feel more and more like home.

Thank you for continuing to trust us with your furry family members. It truly means so much!

🐾 Bear is looking for a new home! 🐾

Canine Commons is sharing on behalf of his current owner.

Bear is a purebred German Shepherd, almost 6 months old, born March 31, 2026. He has his first set of vaccinations.

Bear is playful, energetic and loves fetch! His owner is looking for a home that can give him the time, training and exercise he needs. Ideally, a farm or home with a large, securely fenced yard.

Bear is crate trained but still needs work on house training. He can be nervous around unfamiliar dogs and may growl at strangers until he gets comfortable. He will need continued socialization, training and patience.

If you feel you may be a good fit for Bear, please message Canine Commons and we will put you in touch with his current owner.

Canine Commons — coming home. 🏡🐕✂️

Effective October 1st, Canine Commons will officially reopen as an in-home grooming studio.

This isn’t goodbye — it’s simply a new chapter and a change in how we’ll be serving you and your pups.

With the new setup, you can still expect the same great care, attention, and experience you’ve come to know, now in a quieter, more personal environment — with reduced grooming prices to reflect the new in-home studio setting.

📍 NEW LOCATION

All appointments booked for October and onward will be notified of the new location. Any new appointments booked for October and beyond will receive the new location details at the time of booking. October- December calendars will be open for booking Tuesday, September 8th.

The new location is only one street over from the current location, so it’s a very short move!

📅 BOOKING AVAILABILITY

With the in-home setup, appointment availability will be reduced, so we highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred day and time.

As always, appointments are open to everyone — there is no client list or priority booking system. We’ll always do our best to accommodate everyone, so if you’re having trouble finding a time that works, send us a message and we’ll see what we can do. 🐶

🛍️ STORE CLOSING SALES

Throughout September, the storefront will be having sales on remaining inventory as we prepare for the move. Keep an eye out for sale announcements and stop in while supplies last!

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported Canine Commons, visited our storefront, trusted us with your pups, shopped with us, or simply cheered us on along the way.

We’re truly excited for this next chapter and the opportunity to provide a more personal, relaxed grooming experience for each of your pups.

Thank you for continuing to support our small business. 🐾❤️

Amanda
