After 5 1/2 hours of hot and dusty work today, these Canadian Soapstone maple leaves are sanded, the base pins set and tops drilled. There’s still quite a bit to do, but I’m delighted that one large leaf and one small leaf have already been claimed by their future owners. When completed, they’ll be catching the breeze to Ontario and Nova Scotia. 🍁
