SeneGence’s new Color Correcting Tinted Moisturizer Shades! Do you know how to test to see which shade is best for you?

Swatching it on the back of your hand, doesn’t show what colour best suits your skin tone on your face. Putting it on one cheek doesn’t show how it blends down onto your neck, (in case you don’t know you should carry your foundation down onto your neck, so you don’t have a line where your foundation stops at your jaw). Your face colour and neck colour can be different so you need to pick a shade that works with both.

It’s Best to test three or four stripes from your cheek down to your neck, paying attention to which colour is which. Blend them out a little bit and let them sit for a few minutes as the colours may change with oxidation from the air. Finally, look and see which colour disappears into your skin. That’s your shade. 😊

Day 2 of travel home, after an amazing SeneGence conference. My checked suitcase already routed to YEG yesterday so I was grateful for my emergency personal item carry on packing strategy which gave me some pj’s, and a change of underwear, my do or die skincare products, and a few pieces of makeup, but unfortunately I realized this morning that I am missing mascara from the stash, and had to break down and grab another brand at the airport this morning.😝 Although surprisingly you can buy mascara at 5:45 am in the Seattle airport.
