Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned yogi I would love to work with you!! Whether you are looking to learn how to safely work in poses or would like to reach greater heights in your yoga journey I would be honoured to aid you in whatever it is that you are seeking.
I am trained to accommodate to anyBODY and can certainly make the practice unique for you whether that be helping you find a temporary adjustment or a long-time adjustment. I offer hands on assists if wanted and if you just want someone to hold space for you I can do that too.
