Our mission is to empower you to transform stress into self-love, well-being, and happiness through our curated collection of artisanal, scented, handmade candles for self-care. With over 5 years of experience as a health and happiness coach for women and more than 20 years experience as a frontline mental health professional, I’ve not only experienced the impact of burnout firsthand but have also helped countless women make the shift from people-pleasers (been there, done that, and occasionally still do...) And what exactly is a Giving Goddess you ask


A Giving Goddess is a heart centred woman who knows how to protect her most valuable resources—her time, energy, and joy—by practicing intentional self-care. And in doing so, she gives from a place of abundance, not depletion, which leads to more energy, focus, compassion, and happiness for herself and the people around her. My greatest wish for you is that you find some inspiration here through our products and services that inspire you to love and honour yourself so that you can design and live a life you love!
