Day 97 - spent a lovely afternoon at Crescent Beach yesterday and got a little too much sun! Nothing a little aloe & moisturizer can't mend LOL. It was wonderful to soak up the sunshine and listen to the waves and the wind. Today I'm in organizing mode - submitting government paperwork related to my upcoming retirement, clearing and cleaning and sorting.

Today's Moon Phase: Waxing Gibbous 86% in Sagittarius - adjustment, fine tuning, preparation, completion of plans and intentions. How does my broader vision align with my truth? This moon phase is a high energy alignment that helps turn inspiration/learning/desire for adventure into purposeful final steps.

Today's Oracle Card: The World. Collect scattered thoughts and actions and put them towards something meaningful. Ultimate completion, fulfillment, balance and harmony, a successful conclusion to a long journey. Crossing an important threshold into a new level of consciousness. Completion, integration, accomplishment, travel.

And the countdown is ON! 😁

It's officially 99 days until my "retirement" from my job - unofficially the countdown to a way of living in much more alignment with my true values and dreams, and expanded opportunity and adventure.

Much more to come! 🎉🥳

Something I've been quietly building is finally ready to share.

For a long time, I've been searching for a community built around something different. Not hustle. Not striving. Not following someone else's blueprint for success.

A community built on inner wisdom. Sisterhood. The belief that the answers we're all looking for live within us — not in the next course or the next guru.

I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for...so I built it.

It's called Serendipity's Garden. And it begins with something I'm calling a Sacred Circle.

A Sacred Circle is a 60–75 minute virtual gathering where we create sanctuary together. Through grounding practice, breathwork, music, and journaling, we turn our attention inward and reconnect with our own deep knowing. There is no performance here. No striving. Just women coming home to themselves.

The first circle is happening on Tuesday, March 31st at 5:30pm Pacific. Investment is $33.

If you've been looking for a landing place — a space that feels welcoming, calm, and genuinely transformative — I'd love for you to join us.

Your Invitation

The world can feel like a lot right now.

The noise, the weight of it, the relentless pull of circumstances beyond our control. Staying aligned with who you truly are can feel like an act of quiet rebellion.

Serendipity's Garden exists for that rebellion.

This is a sanctuary — a sacred container where you are invited to set down what you've been carrying, turn your attention inward, and remember what you already know. Because the guidance you've been searching for? It lives within you. It always has.

Mary Oliver wrote that “attention is the beginning of devotion.” Here, we practice devotion to the self — through somatic practice, sacred circle, music, journaling, and the collective wisdom of women who are ready to tend their inner gardens with love and intention.

This is not a place of striving. There is no hustle here, no performance, no bar to clear. There is only the gentle, expansive work of coming home to yourself — and discovering that from that grounded, sovereign place, everything becomes possible.

If tending your inner garden, finding sanctuary within, and stepping into your sovereign power resonates — you belong here.

Receptivity is a form of courage.
It asks us to soften our grip.
To stop pushing.
To allow this moment to be as it is.
Today, you might practice receptivity by doing less.
Listening more.
Letting yourself be supported by the breath that is already happening.

Over time, I've noticed something tender and true:

Many of us know what we need—
but we heal, soften, and remember ourselves more easily in gentle, intentional company.

That’s why I host online Sacred Circles through Serendipity’s Garden.

They are quiet, grounded spaces to:
🌿 land in the body
🌿 listen to inner wisdom
🌿 be witnessed without fixing or force
🌿 remember you don’t have to do this alone

If you’ve been longing for a space that feels safe, spacious, and deeply human, you’re warmly invited.

I’ve been sitting with something simple lately:

🌿 Attention is the beginning of devotion.

Not devotion as effort—but as presence.
As listening.
As choosing to meet this moment gently, rather than rushing past it.

When we tend our inner garden—even briefly—we create sanctuary no matter what’s happening around us.

If you read the recent reflection, I’d love to know:
✨ What helps you come back to yourself when the world feels loud?

Alignment doesn’t come from forcing or striving.
It comes from listening — again and again — to what feels true in your body.
Sometimes alignment looks like action.
Sometimes it looks like rest.
Both are sacred.

Winter Reflection / Gentle Noticing

Winter invites us to pause, observe, and honour subtle shifts within ourselves. Where does your energy naturally ebb?Where does your body whisper for warmth, your mind for quiet, your heart for stillness? Notice these places with tender curiosity, without judgment. This is a season of rest, reflection, and renewal, and your awareness is a sacred gift to yourself.

Gentleness is not weakness.
It is strength that knows when to slow down.
Wisdom that understands the body needs time.
Today, may you choose one small act of gentleness — a softer word, a slower pace, a kinder thought toward yourself.
