āEmilie helped me change my mindset around impulse purchases. I now carefully consider what I am bringing into my home and question if we need it. She encouraged me to let things āsitā in my shopping cart and most times I wonāt purchase these items at all.ā

Helping people cut down on buying more stuff is something Iām super passionate aboutš¤ I teach these tips to my clients and use them myself! I hope you find them helpful too!
Tip 1: Amazon Audit ā Quick & Easy
Have you been shopping a lot on Amazon? Who hasnāt?! Take a trip down memory lane. Go to your profile. Filter your orders to ā2025.ā Look at your past purchases. Was it worth it? Would you buy them again?
Looking back can help you course-correct.
Tip 2: Shopping List - Easy
Keep a shopping list on your phone and add to it when you think of something you want to buy. Resist the urge to start an online search for items that pop in your head. Once you start to search, the likelihood of making impulse buys skyrockets.
After a few weeks, if something is no longer essential, delete it.
Tip 3. Self-Audit & Declutter - More work but worth it:)
Know what you own. Avoid buying multiples of items by taking stock of what you already have. Decluttering also makes you more discerning about what you bring in. This is the exponential power of decluttering!
Helping others reduce their spending is something I really care about. Honestly, if we didnāt have so much stuff, life would be more peaceful and enjoyable:) xoxo
