“Semifreddo” means half frozen in Italian 😌

Back home, it’s a staple. Here, most people have never even seen the word before.

Ours is Sicilian-inspired, with pistachio paste we make in house, chocolate cookies dipped in coffee, and plenty of crunchy pistachio bits.

It took some time for people to figure out what Semifreddo was. . .now it’s one of the desserts people come back for.

Turns out pointing at the menu isn’t the worst way to order.

Even though tradition is at the core of what we do, sometimes you have to shake things up.

When we created our Mango Passion Fruit Tiramisù, that was exactly the idea.

Ataulfo mango, passion fruit, soft mascarpone cream layers, and fresh mango chunks on top. Bright, tangy, refreshing. . .and very different from the Tiramisù most people expect.
