Wristitude Any word or phrase. The only limit is your imagination. Be bold. Be cheeky. Be supportive. Be original. Be YOU. And, of course, my favorites were for “SURVIVOR”.

Wristitude allows you to express yourself; without saying a word! The word Wristitude originated as way to describe a stylish and strong fashion forward woman who has a lot of attitude. I made my first bracelet; “F**K CANCER”; as a quiet way to show my hate for this plague that had taken too many little friends during my time volunteering at RMHC. Ironically it became my own cry as I fought agains

t it. I found support in a group and soon they wanted them as well so I started making and mailing them worldwide. Some wanted a more PG version so I made “CANCER SUCKS”, others wanted to show their determination and requested “STAY STRONG” or “WARRIOR”. It grew from there with more personal requests. A few people requested subtle ways to ‘come out’ to their friends and families with “THIS IS ME”, “LOVE IS LOVE” and the rainbow. Feminist expressions like “FIGHT LIKE A GIRL”, ‘STILL I RISE”, “UNAPOLOGETIC” and more. People like to really get their message across with requests for “BITCH”, “BADASS”, “FEMINIST AS F**K” – those are called ‘wear your swear’ and they’re quite popular.

Is your child having a birthday? A sleepover? Wristitude can come to your home with all the supplies to make bracelets and necklaces BUT we also have keychains, phone wristlets even sunglass lanyards. Party goers get a short lesson and then go on to make personalized custom pieces they get to take home and show off.
