Created by Positive Psychology practitioner Sophie Cliff, it’s a deck of 50 cards with prompts designed to help ease overwhelm and notice more of the good stuff in everyday life. Basically, a little deck of reminders to pause, reset and make room for more joy!

Sept 30 is the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation🧡
For settlers, it’s a day to pause and honour the survivors, families, and communities affected by residential schools across Canada. Many Indigenous communities still feel the repercussions from the horrific abuses that occurred at Residential Schools. Did you know the last residential school didn’t close until 1996? Finding ways to support and uplift Indigenous communities year-round, while also educating yourself to better understand this part of our history, is essential to genuine reconciliation.

The 94 Calls to Action provide a roadmap for change, but ongoing support is needed for change to become reality. We believe that learning together and taking action, however small, can make a real difference. This work is ongoing. Every child matters🧡

The shops will be open 11-4 tomorrow for community hours and we will be donating all net profits made in store and online on Sept 30th to IRSSS.
