This photo is from November 2020, during our first holiday sales season since starting the company at the end of 2019.

We were fortunate to be featured on CTV News. I distinctly remember my phone constantly buzzing with email notifications for each sale. As it was just me at the time, I was responsible for packing and shipping every order.

I worked for over 72 hours straight, getting only an hour or two of sleep each night, as I sat on the ground, packing order after order.

This remains one of my happiest moments. It was when I truly understood that others believed in what I was doing. I often reflect on this moment during challenging times, and it continues to serve as a powerful source of motivation.
