The unofficial motto “simple on the outside, exquisite on the inside” is the driving force in which the company aims to eliminate unnecessary time spent on the bells and whistles, focusing on the quality of the product itself. Cocoa beans that make up the raw chocolate content of our creations are grown in the Dominican Republic and Peru. Today, Ada Chocolate catalogue of fine chocolates consists of truffles (with and without liquor), tea chocolates, chocolate lollipops, hot chocolate drinks and chocolate pistachio clusters in a wide selection of flavors and ingredients. We use 71% dark, 56% milk, 35% white chocolate in crafting our chocolates, along with unique blends of spices, herbs and nuts, and deliver them in minimalist craft bags designed to preserve the freshness and aroma of the products.
