This is your reminder today:

You do not need to become less of yourself in order to succeed.

You might actually need to become more.

Meet Niamh.

Stylist.
Bed styling expert.
Queen of textiles.
Artist.
Designer .nimms
Actor.

All-around Toronto cool girl.

One of the things we love most about Re:Creative is that our team is made up of genuinely creative people — artists, designers, photographers and storytellers. And that creativity naturally flows into the homes we stage.

Niamh has such a beautiful eye for creating bedrooms that feel layered, calming and intentional. The kind of spaces people walk into and immediately want to stay a while in.

She also designs and creates some of the custom pillows we use in our stages, helping us bring even more originality and personality into the homes we style.

Because great staging isn’t about filling a room.
It’s about creating a feeling.

And we’re very lucky to work with people who know exactly how to do that.

Say hi to Niamh 🤍

3 things we love:

A cool coffee table book.
A single pop of colour.
Candles everywhere.

Honestly, some of the best spaces are built from small things layered thoughtfully together.

A home rarely needs a complete overhaul to feel different. Sometimes it’s just:

• warmer and layered accent lighting
• texture
• contrast
• objects that are personal and collected
• pieces that create softness and mood

The smallest details are usually the ones people remember most.

What’s one small detail in your home that instantly makes you feel calm or happy?

Three recent bedrooms.
Three completely different moods.
Three entirely different buyer profiles.

One of the things I’m most proud of at Re:Creative is the environment we’ve created as a team — one that allows people to think creatively, trust their instincts and respond to each home individually instead of following a formula.

Because staging is also marketing.

We’re constantly asking: Who is this buyer?
How do they live?

What would make them walk into this space and immediately feel at home?

What would help them emotionally connect to the next chapter of their life here?

Every design decision is shaped by the architecture, energy and personality of the home — but also by the neighbourhood and the potential buyer we’re trying to reach.

No copy and paste.
No generic formulas.

Just intentional spaces designed to help the right buyer see themselves inside them.

It’s rarely the big moments that change how a space feels.

It’s the smaller decisions —
the scale of a piece,
the placement of an object,
the restraint to leave something out.

These are the details that create clarity. And clarity is what allows a space to feel calm, elevated and easy to move through.

In staging, this is often where the real shift happens.

Not by adding more — but by editing, refining and making more intentional choices.

This home sold before it even hit the market. And while every sale is different, we believe thoughtful, intentional staging plays a powerful role in how a home is experienced and remembered.

If you want to understand how small changes can completely transform how your home feels (and how it performs on the market), we share more of this inside our weekly newsletter.

Kids’ rooms, reimagined.

Not overly themed. Not temporary.

Just thoughtful, layered and designed to feel calm, playful and elevated all at once.

Spaces that feel just as considered as the rest of the home — because every room shapes how a buyer experiences the space.

And when even the smallest rooms feel intentional, the entire home feels complete.

If you want every room in your home to feel this considered, we’d love to work with you.

04/13/2026

just kidding — we would never want to hurt your feelings.

But we are going to share 3 shifts that will instantly elevate your home…and how you feel in it.

1. Lighting is everything.
And most homes aren’t using it to their advantage.
Swap harsh and dated fixtures for layered, beautiful lighting — think warm lamps, soft glows and light that hits at different heights.
Open your curtains fully. Let natural light move through the space.
A well-lit room doesn’t just look better — it feels calmer, warmer and more inviting.

2. Create a cozy corner that’s just for you.
A chair, a throw, a small table, a lamp. That’s it.
A place to land at the end of the day — for journaling, movie nights, slow mornings or a cup of tea that turns into an hour of stillness.
When a home has intention behind even one corner, it changes how the entire space is experienced.

3. You don’t need to buy new things every season — you need pieces that mean something.
Pieces that inspire you.
That feel aligned with your taste, your energy, your life.
When your home is filled with items you actually connect to — not just what’s trending — everything feels more grounded, more elevated, more you.

At Re:Creative, we believe your home should support how you want to feel — not just how it looks.

And the smallest shifts, done well, can completely transform a space.

Re:Creative in Edmonton.

A new city.
A new project.
A big moment for our team.

We’re heading out to install two model suites —
bringing our approach to layout, flow and buyer experience into a new market.

Growth like this doesn’t happen overnight.
It’s built — project by project, decision by decision — until suddenly, you’re here.

Doing what you love, in new places, at a higher level.

Very proud of this team.
And we’re just getting started.

If you’re a developer, builder or agent looking to elevate your next project, we’d love to connect.

04/09/2026

Before — a beautiful space, but one buyers may admire more than connect with.

After — a fully realized experience. A place they can see themselves living in.

That’s the difference.

Model suites aren’t just about showcasing finishes.

They’re about creating a clear, emotional vision of what life could look like here.

When that vision is missing, buyers hesitate.
When it’s defined, they move.

This is where design becomes strategy.

If you’re developing a project and want your model suite to drive real connection — and real sales —

let’s work together.
