Four generations of customers. One appliance store. Nearly 70 years of trust.
When Algrina and her mother, Vincenza, sat down with us, they shared a story that began in 1956, when Vincenza's parents first shopped at Caplan's.
Since then, four generations of their family have trusted us with their homes. But according to Algrina, the reason they've always come back is simple:
"The service. One hundred percent."
Over the years, they've built lasting relationships with our team, returning to familiar faces they know and trust. And when Ryan, Algrina's son, was shopping for a new washer and dryer, he did all his research at the big box stores—then came to Caplan's anyway.
Because for their family, buying appliances has never been just about the products. It's about knowing someone will still be there long after they're installed.
