Oh my god

This week's flavor of the week is... Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough!
Made with my chocolate chip cookie dough recipe. I incorporated the cookie dough into the bread dough then did a layer of cookie dough before forming!
Sweet and fluffy. With cookies exploding out of the crust!
I'll be at the Grande Prairie Farmers Market today from 4pm-7pm and tomorrow from 10am-3pm!

This week's flavor of the week is.. Triple Chocolate Sourdough!

There was a lot of love for the peanut butter chocolate ❤️ so I thought I'd make another version. But this time. Just chocolate!
Semi-sweet chocolate chips and white chocolate chips. Mixed with a dark cocoa in the dough. This triple chocolate treat is for all chocolate lovers out there. So good toasted with butter 🤤

I think I've posted Pumpkin before. He is the guardian of my plants in the grow house. Pumpkin takes his job very seriously, and has only ever eaten my spider plants 😅 oh and wheat grass that one time... he also doesn't like cuddles at all (cough) or getting his belly rubbed.. slander

Thistle

It's a swear word in this house.

There are native thistle, and they have their place. These are not those.

This year I've decided to try and pull out as many as I can. It is painful, sometimes actually. Once we have as much pulled or cut to the ground we are going to mulch heavily.

Normally I would till, but I've noticed that if I pull then till we get back twice as many thistle.

So, we shall see if this method works.
