Join us for a fun and energizing 50-minute Sculpt class! At Pvolve, Sculpt is their signature low-impact strength class that pairs functional movement with resistance equipment for a full body workout. You’ll work through several planes of motion challenging muscular strength, stability and balance. Designed to be accessible for all experience levels, each exercise can be modified or progressed so you can move at a pace that feels right for you — whether you’re brand new to Pilates or looking for an extra challenge.
