Most of her work experience was gained in Vancouver and Toronto. Now she has brought all of her big city experience to the Cariboo! Her services include make-up & hairstyling for events, waxing, tinting, skin treatments, skin consultations, beauty lessons, lash lifts and brow lamination. You can place your order online and pick it up at the studio whenever it’s convenient for you during our regular hours. We also offer curbside pickup and local delivery.

While we’re currently not offering esthetic services, Iryna is still here and available for shopping, order pickups, makeup appointments, and hair styling practice.

Our regular weekday hours are Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–5:00 PM.

If you’re looking to stop by for shopping or book a make-up appointment on the weekend, you can book online with Iryna for Saturday. She is available 12:00 PM–4:00 PM by appointment only.

If you can’t find a time that works for you online, simply send us a DM and we’ll do our best to arrange a time that works for you.

This year just keeps on giving...

Alana will be off for at least the next week possibly up to 4 weeks due to a medical emergency.

I am already off for 6 weeks recovering from a scheduled surgery this past Friday.
This means that Iryna is on her own running Blackwood Beauty Studio for the next while and we do not have an esthetician available.

If you have an appointment booked in the next week, please expect a text from us to cancel your appointment. We will do our best to reschedule you as soon as we possibly can.

If you would like to support us in this extremely difficult time, please stop in and see Iryna, make a purchase online or in store. Every little bit helps to keep our doors open while we can't physically be in the treatment room.

Alana & I will be back in action as soon as it's safe for both of us to return to work.

We appreciate your patience as we navigate this little speed bump.

For hair, we offer dry styling only — curls, updos, braids, half-up styles, and similar looks.
❌ No haircuts, colouring, or blowouts.

Models should be comfortable with before & after photos and videos being taken and shared on our social media. 📸🎥

Alana is fully booked for the rest of September, and bookings for October and November are now open — appointments are already filling up quickly!

💄 Iryna is currently available for make-up appointments:
• Monday–Friday: 9:30 AM–5:00 PM

With fewer service providers on our team right now, we’ve been very busy and our availability is limited. Appointments are filling up quickly, and we want to give you plenty of time to plan ahead and avoid the holiday-season stress. 🤍
