I’ve been playing around with some new flavours today and made a maple marshmallow version of our tiramisu dessert.

Layers of gluten-free vanilla cake soaked in maple-sweetened espresso, and maple marshmallow cream. Topped with a dusting of cocoa powder. ☕️🍁🍫
