Rewards Program Discontinuation

After very careful consideration, we have made the decision to discontinue our Rewards Program effective immediately

Your current rewards have expiry dates and we will honor those before that date. Any point that show on your account without expiry date have already expired.

You may use 1 reward for online orders and we will apply 1 reward on your live video purchases until all have been used. **Note that your order must be $10 or more to apply 1 coupon.

You may use up to 4 rewards in the store. You can only use up to 50% of your purchase with coupons – (if you spend $20 you can use 2 coupons; $40 you can use 4 coupons)

When we introduced the Rewards Program, it was intended to thank our loyal customers for their support and to provide an added incentive for shopping with us. Over time, however, we have found that the program is not being used in the manner it was originally intended, and some customers have expressed concerns regarding how the program operates.

As a result, we believe it is in the best interest of both our customers and our business to end the program at this time.

Over the past year, we have introduced many new ways for our customers to save, including our online auctions, special promotions, clearance events, and significant price reductions throughout the store along with reduced shipping rates. We believe these opportunities provide a better and more equitable way to offer great value and rewards to all of our customers.

We sincerely appreciate the support of all our customers and thank you for your understanding. We remain committed to providing excellent products, outstanding service, and exciting promotions throughout the year.
