Welcome to Viola's! I have recently moved to the Yarmouth area, and I found myself missing my family back in Alberta this holiday season. My family's tradition is to make handmade chocolates using recipes from my great-grandmother, Viola. Decadent caramels and fondants using old-fashioned techniques are meticulously rolled, formed, and then covered in the finest Belgian Callebaut chocolate. Milk, dark, and white chocolate are used, and additional toppings like toasted coconut, peppermint, and tart cherries can be found nestled inside and outside of the chocolates. I hope to share these delicious treats with you this holiday season!
